Fees are based on non-complex residential properties within our posted coverage areas. Complex assignments or non-conforming subject properties may increase the appraisal/floor plan fees. We reserve the right to adjust our fees once the Scope-of-Work has been determined. Fees are not based on the subjects' value conclusion, but rather the average value of homes in the subjects neighborhood.
