Fees and Appraisal Forms Market Appraisal Group offers three key services: real estate appraisals, floor plan sketches and notary services. We provide different appraisal reports depending on your property type. Below are our fee schedules for each of our services and appraisal reports.

Fees are based on non-complex residential properties within our posted coverage areas. Complex assignments or non-conforming subject properties may increase the appraisal fee. We reserve the right to adjust our fees once the Scope-of-Work has been determined. Fees are not based on the subjects' value conclusion, but rather the average value of homes in the subjects neighborhood.
